Less than two weeks til Halle's birthday! (That means less than two weeks to buy your sweetheart a creative and romantic Valentine's present too.. so get shopping!). Keri and I are celebrating the girls' birthdays together this year. Anybody who wants to come is welcome. February 10th at 1:00 at Wickham Park. Email me if you need more information or directions.
I recently announced to my boss at work that I'll be leaving the corporate work force for good in June. Yipee!! I'm going to start my own business(es) again. My predominant occupation will be creating birth announcements, holiday cards, invitations, etc. So be on the lookout for Konicki Cards.. coming soon! :) I'll also be available to do web and graphic design through Konicki Designs. The plan is to build these two companies up and never go back to work for anyone else again. Anyone out there reading this that has kids and would like to help me out... please send me some of your favorite photos of your kids so I can use them on my website for the templates! I would really, really appreciate it!
As soon as Halle starts walking (which could be anytime now), she's going to start daycare. I'm kind of excited to see how she reacts to that environment, and the news things that she'll learn. I'm not looking forward to her getting sick, but that comes with the territory, I know. At least its only for a few months and then I'll be home with her. I can't wait for that!!

I am so happy for you!!!! I too am counting down until June for quitting work. Unlike you though, I do not have a cool business to start at home :) I wish you all the luck starting out. Of course you can use Leah's pictures for templates. Do you want me to send you a few or do you want to pick and I will send you the full-size files?
